Thanks to Wayne from SkyShed and Jay his installer, I've now got a new observatory that can withstand the more weather crazy Canadian climate. The best thing was having the SkyShed up and running in one day.!! Of course I had to wait 10 days for the weather to cooperate for some observing. So far I've noticed the temperature in the shed doesn't overheat compared to my old metal shed, so cool down time is much less. We chose a blue-grey stain color from HomeDepot. Shed is 10x10 versus my old 8x8 metal shed. What a difference and lots of room to walk around, have a large desk and not feel cramped inside.

This was my old setup in a much warmer climate without snow. It was sufficient but lacked the conveniences. The scope barely fit with inches to spare when parked and the roof closed.
